Last year, over 2,000 staff, faculty and community members participated in the development of the new
strategic plan for Algonquin College for the 2008-2013 period. The plan can be found at

Building upon this platform, an additional 50 faculty and staff developed ten white papers for the purpose of articulating specific
academic perspectives on timely and relevant matters.

The White Papers focus on the following topics, in alphabetical order:

- Applied Research
- Apprenticeship

The purpose of this Virtual Town Hall is to share the synthesis of the white papers into a single document that will guide academic priorities over the next four years.
We have called this document The Algonquin Experience.
