Over the past 10 months, a team of Algonquin Staff has been working on the development of a new 3-year Strategic Plan to guide the College through to 2011. 

We have clearly heard from you that there are 4 major areas that must become the focus for college activities.  These strategic themes are: Academic Excellence, Employee Excellence, Service Excellence and Resource Management Excellence.  Within these themes, based upon your input to date, we have identified 14 draft Objectives and we have developed some examples of initiatives that could help to achieve these objectives.

What we need now is your reaction to both the objectives and the initiatives.  Do you think the objectives are essential to achieve the themes? What initiatives do you think should be pursued to insure the objectives are met? In your opinion, are there any objectives that are missing completely?
